Common questions
Why does RunTempo ask for location?
Only to measure distance and pace during an outdoor or trail run. Location is
processed on your iPhone and never leaves it. Indoor runs never use location.
The distance shows a dash (—)?
That means no reliable GPS fix yet — common indoors or in the first seconds of
a run. Once the signal settles, distance and pace appear.
Is the guided breathing safe?
It is a recovery aid, not medical advice. Stop if you feel dizzy, and never
use it while driving or in water.
